Photo Organization
[How are photos organized — by year, by event? Is there a primary library that's the "master" copy? Any shared family albums?]
Video / Media
[Home videos — where are they stored? Any special format considerations? Media server library (Plex/Jellyfin) — where are those files?]
What to Do
Photos are irreplaceable. Before canceling any cloud storage service, make sure all photos are downloaded or backed up elsewhere. Google Takeout (takeout.google.com) can export all Google Photos. Apple has a similar process through privacy.apple.com.
