# General info

There are two Hubitat Hubs. One is a C8 Pro on my desk and one is a C7 in the furnace room in Mike's garage. Both are powered by USB. The C8 Pro is USB-C and the C7 is Micro-USB

The C8 Pro is "home" to most of the devices and rules than run the smart devices around. It is also attached to Home Assistant through a Make API app called Home assistant. you can access that app [HERE](http://10.100.100.21/installedapp/configure/232/mainPage "Home Asssitant app in Hubitat"). Please see the [Hubitat Rules](http://wiki.blizzhome.com/books/smart-home/chapter/rules "Rules") chapter for configuration info.

The C7 has a couple of devices on it but it is primarily for the Zigbee "911" buttons throughtout Mike's House. Those rules are on the C8 Pro hub and can be found [HERE](http://10.100.100.21/installedapp/configure/2092/mainPage "Bedroom Button"), [HERE](http://10.100.100.21/installedapp/configure/2109/mainPage "Garage Button"), and [HERE](http://10.100.100.21/installedapp/configure/2107/mainPage "Living Room Button").

The two hubs are connected together through the built in Hub Mesh application. This app allows sharing of devices between hubs. [Hub Mesh Link](http://10.100.100.21/device/hubMesh)

Both hubs will look similar to this. The C8 Pro has external antennas.

# Doorbells

There are two Ring doorbells. One covering the driveway and one covering the front porch.

They are [Ring Video Doorbell 3](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0849J7W5X/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1)s and are battery powered. The extra battery and screwdriver to open the cover are in the front of my top right desk drawer. The battery is charged via micro0usb and the screwdriver is blue.
